Disclosed is a position based energy management technology utilizing short range communication, which can implement a participatory energy management technology utilizing short range communication in a common space. To this end, a position based energy management method utilizing short range communication according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: transmitting a driving signal of a social thermostat system service (STSS) application to at least one terminal in a common space; receiving a desired temperature from the at least one terminal; calculating a final control temperature of the common space on the basis of the desired temperature received from the at least one terminal; and controlling a cooling/heating device in the common space on the basis of the current temperature and the final control temperature in the common space. |
