The present invention relates to a method for processing a mobile one time password (OTP) based on a network, which is executed by a server capable of communicating with a mobile phone of a customer. The method of the present invention comprises the following steps: confirming a unique identification number which is uniquely set to be transmitted through a specific program installed and executed in the mobile phone of the customer after the specific program for processing the OTP is mounted in the mobile phone of the customer, and storing the OTP generated by a server under a condition that the same is provided to the specific program of the mobile phone of the customer; when the OTP is processed through the mobile phone of the customer that executes the specific program, confirming an authentication result whether the OTP can be provided to the mobile phone of the customer that executes the specific program by using the unique identification number received from the specific program executed in the mobile phone of the customer; confirming the OTP to be provided to the specific program of the mobile phone of the customer to which the unique identification number is transmitted based on the authentication result; and providing the confirmed OTP to the specific program of the mobile phone of the customer. |
