PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery monitoring circuit, a secondary battery monitoring method, and a power storage module, capable of holding a history of abnormality occurrence in a power storage cell.SOLUTION: Voltage measurement parts 21 and 31 detect a state of a power storage cell. An abnormality detection part 22 detects abnormality based on the state detected with the voltage measurement parts 21 and 31. A switch control part 32, a resistor 40, and a switch 50, in a case where a state that is detected with the voltage measurement parts 21 and 31 exceeds or is less than a threshold value, record a history of abnormality occurrence. |
