PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor capable of creating a joined image in which a distortion and a boundary of shapes hardly occur, and to provide an image processing method, a program, and a camera.SOLUTION: In an image processor according to this embodiment, an image processor 20 includes a frame memory 29 in which a plurality of textures constituting a joined image are written, a first derivation part 21 for deriving a first motion vector on the basis of a first texture being a partial area or the entire area of an image acquired by an imaging part 10 for imaging a plurality of images, a second derivation part 22 for using a derivation result of the first derivation part 21 to derive a second motion vector on the basis of a second texture having a pixel size smaller than in the first texture, and a texture writing part 23 for writing the second texture in the frame memory 29 at a position corresponding to the second motion vector. |
