PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently manufacturing a resin-made fan well suitable for transporting a fluid, with a large curvature at the central opening.SOLUTION: On a primary forming side, a semi-product 70 having a first disc 30 and a vane 20 which are integrated is formed (a). A complex mold 101 with the semi-product 70 held is transferred to a secondary forming side, so that a secondary mold 82a is positioned at a first position (molding position). About that time or at the same time, a third mold 83 is transferred to the first position so as to be fitted into a first mold 81a, while an intermediate part strides across the inner surface side of a large curvature part 32 such that the tip of the third mold is fitted into the first mold 81a. Subsequently a resin is injected into the secondary forming mold 80a, so that a second disc 40 is integrally formed to extend to the vane 20 of the semi-product 70. A fan 10 is thereby formed (b). When the second mold 82a and the complex mold 101 are opened, the third mold 83 and the complex mold 101 are opened. The molds are transferred to the second position (retracted position), respectively, and the formed fan 10 is taken out from the complex mold 101. |
