PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink inspecting method, an ink inspecting device and an inkjet type recording method, which can inspect discharge performance of inkjet ink by a simple method before filling the inkjet ink into a recording head.SOLUTION: The ink inspecting device, which inspects discharge performance of inkjet ink, comprises: a holding body 2A that holds the ink; a viscosity sensor 4 that measures over time viscosity, in a static state, of at least one specific site in the ink held by the holding body 2A so as to measure viscosity data at a plural of points of time; thickening speed-data generating means that obtains thickening speed-data of the ink at the specific site on the basis of the viscosity data at the plurality of points of time at the at least one specific site; and display means 7 that displays the thickening speed-data as an evaluation index for evaluation of discharge performance in an inkjet type recording device for the ink. |
