PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose an instantaneous hot water unit which improves a comfort rate of a user for using energy efficient faucet in a water heater.SOLUTION: An instantaneous hot water unit 5 includes: a unit solenoid valve 41 provided at connection piping 10 for connecting a predetermined portion of hot water supply piping 6 heading toward a faucet 3 from a water heater 2, and a predetermined portion of a bath outgoing pipe 9A or a bath return pipe 9B for circulating hot water with the water heater 2 and a bathtub 4; a fixture 44 provided in the connection piping 10; and a unit control part 45 connected to the water heater 2 via a signal line and for controlling opening/closing of the unit solenoid valve 41 based on information acquired from the water heater 2 via the signal line. The unit control part 45 detects that a faucet 3A is opened based on a flow rate acquired from a water supply flow rate sensor 13 provided at the water heater 2, and a water amount flowing in the fixture 44. |
