PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing protein industrially advantageously from fish meat.SOLUTION: A method of producing protein from fish meat includes (1) a step of freezing fish meat, (2) a step of crushing the frozen fish meat obtained in the step (1) or its thawed product, (3) a step of warming the crushed fish meat obtained in the step (2) and (4) a step of drying the warmed fish meat obtained in the step (3) to obtain powder protein.
