PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor for converting image data into document data with high convenience.SOLUTION: An image data acquisition part 100 acquires image data 200 for performing OCR(Optical Character Recognition) or the like. A character recognition part 110 recognizes a character by the optical character recognition from the image data 200 acquired by the image data acquisition part 100. A font collation part 120 collates to which of a plurality of fonts and a plurality of character sizes does the recognized character correspond about an area 301 of the image data 200 recognized as the character by the character recognition part 110. A character attribute data setting part 130 sets the font and character size collated by the font collation part 120 to document data 210, and sets the plotting position of the character corresponding to the image data 200.
