PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging unit capable of suppressing inclination of an optical member against a lens barrel, and further to provide a manufacturing method thereof and a liquid injection device provided with the imaging unit.SOLUTION: An imaging unit comprises: a cylindrical lens barrel 30; and an object side lens 23 being provide inside the lens-barrel 30 and being fixed to the lens barrel 30 by adhesive 36. The lens barrel 30 includes: three abutment portions 33 where the object side lens 23 abuts thereon in an optical axis direction of the object side lens 23; and three adhesive portions 37 being formed between an outer peripheral surface 23a of the object side lens 23 and an inner peripheral surface 32a of the lens barrel 30 and being injected with the adhesive 36. The three adhesive portions 37 are formed with intervals in a circumferential direction W. Further, the three adhesive portions 37 and the three abutment portions 33 do not overlap with one another as viewed in a plan view in a vertical direction Z.
