PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a testosterone production promoter promoting production of testosterone which decreases with age using an in vivo pathway.SOLUTION: A testosterone production promoter contains at least one kind selected from the group consisting of propenyl cysteine and glutamyl propenyl cysteine. Preferably the propenyl cysteine and glutamyl propenyl cysteine are derived from Allium plant, and further preferably the Allium plant is Allium sativum.
