1. A method of treating skin lesions, skin blisters, or skin itchiness caused by herpes infections in a subject, the method comprising topically administering to a subject in need of said treating a preparation comprising PVP-iodine combined with a liposome, the PVP-iodine combined with a liposome provided in an amount effective to reduce herpes viral load, and at the same time reduce pain and itchiness of said skin lesions, skin blisters and skin, and wherein the method suppresses the formation of sear tissue, neoplasms, and intcrgrowth through the action of PVP-iodine combined with a liposome as a single active ingredient. |
