1. An access unit, comprising:
a buffer unit including first and second queues to receive a memory access request from a memory controller of a first application server, the memory access request including an address; a selection unit including third and fourth queues to each receive an output of the first and second queues, the third and fourth queues to have separate paths to a nonvolatile random-access memory (NVRAM); and a path unit to select which of the outputs of the first and second queues is be received by each of the third and fourth queues based on the address from the memory access request. |
