1. A method of producing a carbonyl compound represented by general formula (I) below from a compound represented by general formula (II) below;
the method comprising a step of subjecting the compound represented by general formula (II) below to dealkoxycarbonylation in the presence of an organic carboxylic acid salt of a tertiary amine: in general formula (II), Z1 represents a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group, cycloalkyl group, aryl group, or heterocyclic group; Z3 and Z2 each independently represent a hydrogen atom, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group, cycloalkyl group, aryl group, or heterocyclic group; and R represents an alkyl group having from 1 to 4 carbons; Z1 and Z2 may be bonded to each other; in general formula (I), Z1, Z2, and Z3 are the same as Z1, Z2, and Z3 in general formula (II) above, respectively. |
