Methods are described for individualizing a patient's treatment for an eye disease that is mediated by vascular-derived endothelial growth factor. This document is based, at least in part, on accurate and reproducible methods for measuring intraocular VEGF levels in a patient and tailoring the dose of an anti-VEGF drug administered to the patient and/or the interval between doses according to the needs of each individual patient. |
