The present invention relates to a processing device capable of preventing oxidation and a processing method using the same, the processing device comprising: a chamber, into which a material is introduced from the outside; a vacuum formation unit for generating a vacuum state inside the chamber; a nitrogen introduction unit for introducing nitrogen into the chamber; and a processing unit for processing the introduced material. Accordingly, contact with air, while the introduced material is processed, can be minimized, thereby preventing degradation of quality caused by browning or oxidation of the processed material.
