The present invention relates to a terminal assembly of a magnet switch for a start motor, the terminal assembly comprising: terminals, the plurality of which are attached to a cap part connected to the front side of a case, and which are electrically connected to each other on a contact plate which is moved back and forth in a straight line; a metallic conductive plate integrated with the terminals to increase the conductivity thereof and to increase the contact surface area of the terminals with the contact plate, and supported on the inner side of the cap part to prevent the terminals from breaking away to the front side of the cap part; and a frost formation preventing member, made of metal, for preventing frost from forming on the back side of the conductive plate which is in direct contact with the contact plate. The present invention, in contrast to the existing technology, is capable of preventing frost from forming in winter on the conductive plate of the terminals, the conductive plate being in contact with the contact plate.
