The present invention relates to a filtering device for filtering contaminants included in an object to be filtered. The filtering device comprises: an external container unit having a feeding hole for feeding the object to be filtered; a vortex forming pipe disposed in the external container unit, and forming a vortex in the object fed through the feeding hole; a purifying unit for increasing a speed of the vortex formed by the vortex forming pipe so as to filter contaminants included in the object and guiding the object having the contaminants filtered therefrom towards an upper side of the external container unit; a discharge unit disposed in an upper side of the external container unit, and discharging the object discharged from the purifying unit to the outside; and a contaminant precipitating unit disposed in a lower side of the external container unit, and having the contaminants precipitated therein after being filtered from the purifying unit.
