The present invention relates to a method for collecting unburned carbon from bottom ash by using magnetic separation and waste edible oil. More desirably, the method is capable of solving a problem of a polluted landfill and a problem of securing a site due to bottom ash generated in a coal thermoelectric power plant. The present invention relates to a method for collecting unburned carbon from bottom ash by using magnetic separation and waste edible oil, for securing resources by fuelizing the unburned carbon collected by floatation using magnetic separation and waste edible oil, effectively recycling waste edible oil and bottom ash which generate environmental pollution, and being used as eco-friendly cover soil and a construction material.
