PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an electrode contributing to manufacture of a lithium ion secondary battery, a manufacturing method of the lithium ion secondary battery, and the lithium ion secondary battery.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to the manufacturing method of an electrode to be used for the lithium ion secondary battery. The manufacturing method of an electrode 1 includes: [1] a puncture step of applying an electrode active material 12 to a smooth surface 10a of a collector 10 and then puncturing the collector and a plurality of spots on the surface coated with the electrode active material; [2] providing a plurality of through-holes penetrating an electrode active material layer that is formed by puncturing after the coating, and the collector; [3] providing the plurality of through-holes while distributing them on the coated surface; [4] performing the puncturing in a punching manner; and further [5] a dope step of doping lithium ions to the electrode obtained in the puncturing step. |
