PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a volume of voice notification system for notifying a speaker of the optimum volume of voice, and to provide a data transmitter and a data receiver.SOLUTION: A volume of voice display system includes a data receiver and a data transmitter. The data transmitter measures the volume level of audio signal of other than a speaker as an ambient sound level, and stores in an ambient sound storage unit 205. A volume of voice level current value calculation unit 207 adds and averages the volume of voice level of a speaker exceeding the ambient sound level, at every predetermined time, and calculates the average value as the current volume of voice level of a speaker. A volume of voice level determination result transmission unit 210 transmits a transmission signal, consisting of a proper value determination result and an ID, to the data receiver. The speaker can know whether or not his volume of voice, in the data transmitter, falls within an optimum range of the volume of voice level, from the proper value determination result received by the data receiver. |
