PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for multilayered analyzing of service effects according to types in a hierarchical manner.SOLUTION: A hierarchical factor analysis part hierarchically classifies an entire population to be processed into a plurality of populations according to a specific attribute, and assumes a model capable of grasping commonality and heterogeneity among the hierarchically classified populations to perform factor analysis. A type classification part classifies the hierarchically classified populations according to types based on the result of the hierarchical factor analysis. A conditional probability distribution calculation part calculates conditional probability distributions of the hierarchically classified populations according to types. This technique can be applied to, for example, an information processor for analyzing service effects according to types.
