PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor air treatment unit with a heat pump for performing an outdoor air treatment using heat source water, capable of improving the efficiency of the outdoor air treatment unit using earth thermal.SOLUTION: An outdoor air treatment unit 1 comprises: a fan coil 30 provided in a heat source water pipe 40 supplying heat source water 40 and implementing heat exchange between air attracted into a blower 10 and the heat source water in the heat source water pipe 40; a heat-pump water-refrigerant heat exchanger 21 provided in a branch pipe 50 branched off from the heat source water pipe 40 upstream of the fan coil 30 and implementing heat exchange between the heat source water in the branch pipe 50 and refrigerant in a refrigerant pipe 24 connected to a compressor 20; a refrigerant-air heat exchanger 23 provided downstream of the blower 10 with respect to the fan coil 20, and implementing heat exchange between the air attracted into the blower 10 and the refrigerant in the refrigerant pipe 24 to cool and dehumidify the air; and an air heat exchanger 31 for reheating provided downstream of the blower 10 with respect to the refrigerant-air heat exchanger 23 and reheating the air attracted into the blower 10.
