PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire an excellent compensation result at low cost, without expensive equipment and excessive selection, for previous recording.SOLUTION: A ratio α(α=Cref/Sref) of a bridge midpoint potential difference offset Cref and a bridge power source terminal-terminal voltage Sref at reference temperature, is stored in a memory 18-1 as a zero correction coefficient. By multiplying the zero correction coefficient α to the present bridge power source terminal-terminal voltage St, a present bridge midpoint potential difference offset Ct(Ct=St α) which is subjected to temperature correction is determined, and opening degree information acquired from a present bridge midpoint potential difference Vt, is corrected. |
