PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor signal processing circuit, infrared sensor module and sensor signal processing method that are less in influence of disturbance noise, and less in current consumption, when signal processing is performed on a plurality of sensors.SOLUTION: A sensor signal processing circuit according to an embodiment 1 comprises: a selection circuit 35 that selects an output signal from a plurality of infrared sensors 31a and 31b; a signal processing circuit 32 that has a &Dgr;&Sgr; AD conversion circuit 42 performing an AD conversion of the output signal selected in the selection circuit 35; and a control circuit 37 that controls the selection circuit 35 in time division. The &Dgr;&Sgr; AD conversion circuit 42 includes: a plurality of integral capacities corresponding to the infrared sensors 31a and 31b; and first switch units SW1C and SW2C that select any of the integral capacities for switching. |
