PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scatterer spectroscopic analyzer capable of holding a light volume for unit area low, detecting at high speed with a preferable SN ratio, efficiently utilizing an element number twice, by devising and signal processing of an optic element, without damaging visibility as a spectroscopic device even when using a thick sample and light source, and without requiring a function for focusing to a measurement object.SOLUTION: A multi-channel spectroscopic analyzer is configured so that: light which is diffused and reflected from a sample or has transmitted the sample is made enter a large diameter fiber, and the light is introduced from an emission end to a spectroscopic optical system using sharing interference, and an interferogram acquired from a two-dimensional sensor is subjected to signal processing for performing spectroscopic analysis of faint light at high speed, with a high SN ratio and high accuracy. |
