PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition capable of obtaining a coating film having excellent transparency while maintaining sufficient strength.SOLUTION: Provided is a resin composition comprising: a vinyl based copolymer (A) in which the number average molecular weight (Mn) is 500 to 15,000; and a cellulose based resin (B). More preferably, the resin composition comprises: the vinyl based polymer (A) using a cobalt complex with a specified structure and a specified peroxide based initiator and obtained by a suspension polymerization method; and the cellulose based resin (B). |
