1. A method of treating a tumor in a subject, said method comprising administering to said subject an antibody comprising an HVR-L1, HVR-L2, HVR-L3, HVR-H1, HVR-H2, and HVR-H3, wherein each, in order, comprises the sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, wherein said antibody specifically binds HER2 and VEGF, and wherein said administering is for a time and in an amount sufficient to treat or prevent said tumor in said subject. |
