Provided is an organic light emitting device. The organic light emitting device comprises: a first electrode and a second electrode which are opposite to each other; an organic light emitting layer which is disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode and emits a first colored light; and an organic light emitting dopant which is disposed on the second electrode and emits a second colored light by absorbing at least a part of the first colored light emitted from the organic light emitting layer.
