A method for automatically adjusting the volume of an audio playing system. The method comprises the following steps: S1, acquiring identity information of a user; S2, detecting an actual environmental volume; and S3, determining the hearing condition of the user according to the acquired identity information of the user, and adjusting an output volume of the audio playing system according to a correspondence between the hearing condition of the user, an environmental volume, and a target volume of the audio playing system, so that the output volume of the audio playing system reaches the target volume corresponding to the detected actual environmental volume and the determined hearing condition of the user. Also provided is an audio playing device capable of automatically adjusting the volume. The output volume of the audio playing system can be automatically adjusted according to the environmental volume for different users. |
