An inline-type heat energy power device and a work-doing method therefor. The device comprises a heat collector (1), insulating pipes (2), atomisers (3), gasification reactors (4), cylinders (5), pistons (6), piston rings (7), automatic exhaust valves (8), a frame (9), an insulating layer (10), a liquid storage tank (11), a cooler I (12), a cooler II (13), a pressure valve I (14), a pressure valve II (15), a crankshaft (16), a flywheel (17), connecting rods (18), and a rotation shaft (19). The four parallel cylinders (5) are arranged in an inline manner on the frame (9). The heat collector (1) is connected to the gasification reactors (4) via the insulating pipes (2). Air intake ends of the gasification reactors (4) are provided with the atomisers (3). The atomisers (3) are connected to the pressure valve I (14) and the pressure valve II (15) via pipes. The pressure valve I (14) and the pressure valve II (15) are connected to the liquid storage tank (11) via pipes. The gasification reactors (4) are arranged at the top dead centres of the cylinders (5). The bottom dead centres of the cylinders (5) are provided with the automatic exhaust valves (8). The automatic exhaust valves (8) are connected to the cooler I (12) and the cooler II (13) via pipes. The cooler I (12) and the cooler II (13) are connected to the liquid storage tank (11) via pipes. An outer layer of the cylinders (5) is provided with the insulating layer (10). The present device recycles a working medium, and knocking is not produced in the whole process of gasification work being done on the working medium. The structure is simple, manufacturing costs are low, and the work-doing power is four times that of a single cylinder. Conventional energy source consumption can be replaced, economic benefits are high, energy savings and environmental protection are achieved, and noise is low. |
