The present invention relates to clothes having variable volume or thickness of the clothes depending on the temperature change by using a shape memory alloy having a variable shape depending on the temperature. The winter clothes have a structure of including a wire using a shape memory alloy, and installing the shape memory alloy wire on an outer cover and a lining of the clothes, so an air layer formed by the shape memory alloy becomes thinner in relatively warm weather, and the air layer becomes thicker in cold weather. The wither clothes of the present invention like the same have the volume and thickness changed to be suitable to the temperature, thereby having a proper warming performance.
