PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content reproduction device that allows a special reproduction function to be executed by fewer operation keys without causing a reduction in operability, and further to provide a display device and a content reproduction method.SOLUTION: A content reproduction device 100 includes: an operation input section 120 for accepting operation inputs via a first operation key through a fourth operation key; a special reproduction mode selecting section 140 for, on the basis of the operation inputs via the first operation key and the second operation key, selecting any special reproduction mode out of a plurality of special reproduction modes having reproduction modes of contents equal to one another and moving amounts or moving speeds in the contents different from one another; an execution direction selecting section 150 for, on the basis of the operation inputs via the third operation key and the fourth operation key, selecting an execution direction of the special reproduction mode; and a content reproducing section 160 for, in the special reproduction mode determined by the special reproduction mode selecting section 140, reproducing the contents in the execution direction selected by the execution direction selecting section 150. |
