<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless device that contributes to efficient preparation operation for another wireless device which is about to newly start operation in a white space. <P>SOLUTION: First information that at least includes information denoting a first frequency band, which is a frequency band usable for another device when accessing an own device, is radio transmitted in a second frequency band outside of the frequency band used by a television. Second information, which is information at least including a current position of the other device, is received that is transmitted in the first frequency band from the other device when the first information is radio transmitted. Database provided on the Internet is accessed. The second information is sent out to the database for inquiry. Third information is received that at least includes information denoting an available channel determined by being associated with a current position transmitted by the database in response to the inquiry accompanied with the second information.
