A resource searching device acquires service resource requirement information that includes a resource requirements for resource used in a service, the service being defined by information including resources related to devices and resources related to connections between the devices as elements, acquires configuration information of an information processing system, calculates a fulfillment rate of the element that satisfies the resource requirements, for the elements acquired from the configuration information of the information processing system, initially selects the element with the lowest fulfillment rate, sequentially selects an unselected element following the connections in connection topology of the service from the initially selected element, and searches the element of the service satisfying the resource requirements in a selection sequence of the elements from connection topology information of the information processing system. |
