There is provided a sample pretreatment system capable of suitably preparing multiple aliquot samples from multiple primary samples transferred separately. The sample pretreatment system equipped at least with a pipetting device 21 for pipetting multiple primary samples to make multiple aliquot samples includes: setting means 11 for setting the sample volume expected to be held in a tube 1 as a minimum guaranteed volume for each type of the tubes 1; a minimum guaranteed volume storage unit 12 which stores the minimum guaranteed volume value set by the setting means 11 for each type of the test tubes 1; a cumulative totaling unit 23 which adds up cumulatively the aliquot volumes of the aliquot samples based on pipetting request information 50 with regard to the supplied test tubes 1; a reading unit 24 which reads the minimum guaranteed volume of the supplied test tube 1 on the basis of type of the test tube 1 in question; and an aliquot sample preparation unit 25 which compares the minimum guaranteed volume successively with the cumulative total values of the aliquot volumes of the aliquot samples, and causes a pipetting device 21 to pipette a maximum number of the aliquot samples in a manner not exceeding the minimum guaranteed volume.
