The present invention relates to a bottom cover for an organic light emitting display device and an organic light emitting display device. The bottom cover for the organic light emitting display device comprises: a core layer on which a plurality of through holes are formed; and a skin layer formed by stacking continuous carbon fiber reinforcing resin composite sheets on both sides of the core layer.
