The present invention relates to an emergency waterspout device for a downward injection type-sprinkler, rapidly blocking the downward injection type-sprinkler when an accidental injection of the downward injection type-sprinkler occurs; and allowing a stable work to collect the injected firefighting water. The emergency waterspout device for the downward injection type-sprinkler comprises: a collection part including a water collection main body having a funnel-shape; a flexible pipe part connected to a lower discharge opening of the water collection main body including a pipe having flexibility; and a drainage pipe part including a multi-stepped pipeline connected to a lower discharge opening of the flexible pipe part and a transparent pipe connected to a discharge opening of a lower end of the multi-stepped pipeline. The water collection main body further comprises a swirling means positioned on an inner slanted surface thereof having a plurality of spiral protrusions radially formed thereon.
