<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rectangular mixing tank, which has a simple structure and does not produce any stagnant part of a solid material, a slurry, etc. in a corner part or the like. <P>SOLUTION: In the rectangular mixing tank 1 having anteroposterior internal surfaces 1a, right and left internal surfaces 1b, and a bottom face 1c, corner inclined surface 2 are provided. The corner inclined surface 2 inclines down below from a place of a predetermined height of a vertical corner line 1d in which the adjacent internal surfaces 1a and 1b meet, over the adjacent internal surfaces 1a and 1b, to the bottom face 1c. Lateral tilt surfaces 3 and 4 from the lower parts of the anteroposterior internal surfaces 1a and the right and left internal surfaces 1b to the bottom face 1c are provided.
