<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which: in order to confirm a stored document, a user accesses a document management server from a Web browser of a client PC to allow a predetermined folder to be displayed, and performs various processes on the stored document; and when the various operations are different for each document and many documents are to be handled, it takes trouble to, in a screen display configuration easy to work in for each document, allow the document to be displayed at each time and perform operations. <P>SOLUTION: In registering a document, a customized screen appropriate to each document is set based on preset sorting conditions of registration documents, and when a user opens the document from newly arrived documents or the like, the customized screen can be displayed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
