<p>The module (200) has a detecting unit for detecting attack on the module, and a control unit (130) for blowing a fuse (250) of the module when the attack is detected. The control unit controls charging and discharging of a capacitor (140) under normal operation of the module, for blowing the fuse when the attack is detected. An inverting gate (260) is connected in series to the fuse, where inverting output of the inverting gate is a control signal (SC), where level of the control signal is high under normal operation and low when the attack is detected.</p> |
