The present invention relates to a vehicle air conditioning device. More specifically, a first pipe communicating with a cold air passage and a second pipe communicating with the hot air passage are connected on an outer surface of an air conditioning case, and uses a rotary type temperature door which is capable of selectively closing the cold air passage and the hot air passage by rotation in order to respectively transmit the cooled air and the heated air to provide a refrigeration function and the heating function.
