<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanging shelf which is easily assembled without requiring joint by screw-fastening or adhesive to join a top panel and a side panel. <P>SOLUTION: A back panel 12 is provided with a back panel bent part 46 extending downward from a top end. The back panel bent part 46 has at least: a first inclined surface inclined in either a forward direction or backward direction so as to have a fixed angle with respect to a vertical plane; and a second inclined surface inclined in a direction opposite to the first inclined surface. The top panel 5 is provided with a top panel bent part 49 extended downward from a rear end.
