<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize image display that easily grasps a positional relation between objects to be inspected. <P>SOLUTION: An imaging section 37 of a microscope controller images an image of an object to be inspected formed by an objective lens 31 of the microscope. A position adjusting section 51 adjusts a relative position between the objective lens and the object to be inspected to a direction intersecting with an optical axis AX of the objective lens. An information acquiring section 52 associates information of an imaging coordinate in the direction intersecting with the optical axis AX of the objective lens when the object to be inspected is imaged, with the image and acquires the information thereof. A display controlling section 54 causes only the image to be displayed at a position where the imaging coordinate is mapped in a display region of a display device 14 while causing only the image to be displayed in the display region thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
