<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyarylene sulfide resin composition useful particularly for electric component applications such as electric and electronic components or vehicular electric components, and a composite composed of the same. <P>SOLUTION: The polyarylene sulfide resin composition contains, to 100 pts.wt. of a polyarylene sulfide (A), 5 to 50 pts.wt. of at least one ethylenic copolymer (B) selected from the group consisting of an ethylene-α,β-unsaturated alkyl carboxylate ester-maleic anhydride copolymer (b1), an ethylene-α,β-unsaturated glycidyl carboxylate ester copolymer (b2), an ethylene-α,β-unsaturated glycidyl carboxylate ester-vinyl acetate copolymer (b3), an ethylene-α,β-unsaturated glycidyl carboxylate ester-α,β-unsaturated alkyl carboxylate ester (b4) and a maleic anhydride graft-modified ethylene-α-olefin copolymer (b5), 1 to 15 pts.wt. of an epoxy resin (C), and a specific amount of a heat conductive filler (D) selected from the group consisting of a high-purity magnesium oxide powder (d1) having been subjected to at least one surface treatment selected from a silane coupling agent and the like and having a magnesium oxide content of 97 to 99.99 wt.%, a coated magnesium oxide powder (d2) coated with a double oxide of silicon and magnesium and/or a double oxide of aluminum and magnesium, and a scaly boron nitride powder (d3) having a hexagonal structure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
