<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly move an optical hold member that is driven by a feed screw. <P>SOLUTION: A lens barrel comprises: the optical hold member holding an optical member; a guide shaft configured to guide the optical hold member in a direction parallel to an optical axis of the optical member; the feed screw arranged parallel to the optical axis of the optical member; a rotating member connected to the optical hold member while engaging the feed screw and to rotate around a rotation axis substantially parallel to the optical axis; and a pressing member configured to press the rotating member toward the feed screw. The rotation axis of the rotating member intersects the tangent that is substantially orthogonal to the direction of the resultant force pressing the rotating member against the guide shaft and close to the position where the rotating member engages the feed screw, among the tangents of the feed screw. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
