<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device selecting not only a second character string which is added to a first character string but also a second character string which replaces a part of the first character string as candidates of complementation, when complementing the first character string. <P>SOLUTION: An information processing device comprises: reception means which receives a first character string; acquisition means which acquires a second character string using a score calculated based on a distance for editing the second character string into the first character string or for editing the first character string into the second character string, as a candidate of a string for complementing the first character string, from storage means which stores the second character string; and display means which displays the acquired second character string or a part of the second character string; complementation means which selects the displayed second character string or a part of the second character string by a selection operation of an operator, and complements the first character string on the basis of the selected second character string or a part of the second character string. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
