<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a collector for a dye sensitized solar cell, which is excellent in liquid permeability of an electrolyte when used in a dye sensitized solar cell, so that high power generation efficiency can be obtained; a method for producing a material for the collector for a dye sensitized solar cell; and a dye sensitized solar cell including the collector for a dye sensitized solar cell. <P>SOLUTION: A porous sintered metal sheet has a thickness of 5-60μm and a porosity of 30-80%, and has a plurality of through holes which isotropically communicate with each other.
