<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated steel material which has both of excellent laser cutting properties and primary rust proofing properties, and is excellent in visibility, in particular, in visibility of a character written with a white coating material. <P>SOLUTION: The coated steel material has a coating film on its surface as a dry coating film, wherein the coating film includes a colored pigment comprising a titania powder, a zinc powder, an aluminum powder, and carbon black or a colored pigment comprising one or more of a black iron oxide pigment and a black fired pigment, and carbon black, and the Munsell lightness value of the surface of the dried coating film is 7.0 or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
