<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which a conventional chopper circuit makes a diode reversely recovered at a high speed and a switching element switched at a high speed when a voltage of a DC power supply or a DC output is high, causing occurrence of a large surge voltage, an increase in noise generation amount, and an increase in reverse recovery loss during diode reverse recovery or switching element shutdown. <P>SOLUTION: A DC power supply or a DC output is divided by a capacitor, and a reverse blocking IGBT or a bidirectional switch is connected between a junction point in a switching element series circuit and a junction point in a capacitor series circuit to form a switching waveform into a two-step operation waveform. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
